Josephina Smith

Josephina Smith is a People Director, Reward thought Leader and speaker with a successful 20-year career in HR and Reward Management. She describes herself as a business person first who seeks to ensure that HR interventions are grounded in business reality.

In house roles include visible ‘No 1’ leadership roles with board/executive level interaction across a variety of industries. She is passionate about all things reward, performance management, diversity and Inclusion, leadership, helping people grow, making a positive difference in personal or professional life and Costa coffee.

Justine Woolf

Justine Woolf heads up Innecto’s client-facing services in her role as Director of Consulting. She has a strong reputation for delivering commercially focused reward and recognition programmes for clients that improve employee motivation and engagement, positively impacting the bottom line. Justine draws on more than 25 years of experience in pay and reward, both as a consultant and in in-house reward roles. She has successfully managed and implemented challenging reward agendas for a huge variety of clients, and her natural skill at building and developing strong client relationships is evidenced by the number of clients who return to work with Justine and Innecto year after year.

Sarah Lardner

Sarah has over two decades of experience within Reward Management, HR and Business Management Consultancy, and an extensive knowledge of international Reward and has the experience and drive to deliver high impact Reward practices for her clients, many of whom choose to work with Sarah and Innecto time after time. 
 
As well as her consultancy work, Sarah provides a key link between the corporate and client-facing sides of the business through her role as Director of Business Innovation. In recent years she has spearheaded the development of Innecto Digital, building up our suite of market-leading digital products.
